To redeem your code, make sure you have Arc installed, if not, you can download it here
Once you have Arc opened up, click on the Arc logo in the top left corner. A drop-down menu will appear and the very first option will be “Redeem Code.”
The Key Redemption window will appear allowing you to enter your code.
Once you’ve redeemed your key, the items can be found at the Rewards Claim Agent in Protector’s Enclave. Make sure to check all tabs for your items.
Please keep in mind that the zen redeemed are also available for all of Arc's games

When clearly the advertised message is "For all players we are giving a gift of 5300 Zen". All players should include players in Bermuda too. Here we trade 1 BDA dollar for 1 US dollar and vice versa even though we are owned by the British Government.
